It's all about creation and surprise. It just needs to be appreciated and watered like flowers.
You have to water flowers. These peaks will come again.

I sincerely appreciate your willingness to learn more about my background and
experience.
Lifelong student, engineer, and seeker of arduous paths. I flow most during the climb. And that
often includes trekking through mountains, riding the twisties on a motorcycle, or overanalyzing the
possible applications of jazz theory that may "improve" my saxophone improvisation abilities.
I come to software development by way of professional audio engineering for music and
television. In the studio, I specialized in hands-on, live problem solving. This process built
a deep foundation in signal flow, troubleshooting, and remaining detail-oriented in spite of the
chaos in the environment.
I am a graduate of The Tech
Academy's Software Developer Boot Camp. I learned the following web and
programming languages and frameworks: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, C#/.NET Core, Python, C/C++, and
Django.
I strive to clearly communicate, effectively problem solve, manage and respect
time, and build durable relationships.
I'm comfortable leading complex projects from planning through execution and
consistently
meeting deadlines. I am a full-stack developer focused on building tools that support people
and production workflows. Contact me below.
Some projects I gained the most from include:
Guidelines Compressor — A labor of love, and work in progress designed to share more of my experience with vocal compression. Built using JUCE and my recording engineer background, this plugin aims to pull the user towards more predictable decision making in the mix.
Django — A Python and Django project that allowed me to actually try and effectively solve a problem in my life; money and saxophones. I found scraping live market data and wrangling it into something useful offers more engaging hurdles to overcome than I anticipated.
.NET Core/MVC — A C# and .NET Core MVC project built as part of a collaborative Agile team, this full-stack CMS gave me real ownership over a client-facing product. And the process presented a few problems worth talking about.
